Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete financial information
- Submit required documents on time
- Review submitted work promptly
- Maintain sufficient funds for statutory payments (PAYE, UIF, SDL)
We are not responsible for penalties arising from late or incorrect information provided by the client.
4.
Compliance & Liability
While we take every reasonable step to ensure accuracy:
- Final responsibility for financial submissions remains with the client
- We are not liable for penalties resulting from:
- Client delays
- Incomplete or incorrect data
- External system failures (e.g. SARS downtime)
5.
Payments & Fees
- Fees are agreed upfront and may be billed monthly or per project
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- No statutory payments (including SARS) will be processed without cleared funds
6.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential.
Your financial data will:
- Never be shared without consent
- Be stored securely
- Only be used for service delivery purposes

Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
- Payments are overdue
- There is misuse of services
